Real Estate Partner, Paul T. Swanicke, Esq., has been a member of the New Jersey and Illinois Bars, and US District Court, District Court of New Jersey since 1977.  After receiving a B.A. undergraduate degree at Mount Saint Mary's College in 1973, Mr. Swanicke continued to earn his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in 1977.  His professional experience includes prior positions as Corporate Attorney with Chicago Title Insurance Company, Chicago, Illinois from 1977 to 1980, then Corporate Attorney with Inland Real Estate Corporation, Oak Brook, Illinois from 1980 to 1987.  Mr. Swanicke served as PARTNER with Wilentz Goldman Spitzer, P.A. of Woodbridge, New Jersey from 1987 to 1996.  In 1996, Mr. Swanicke became a sole practitioner in Martinsville, New Jersey before merging practices in 2004 with Joseph Lambariello   Paul Swanicke specializes in residential and commercial real estate transactions, land use, banking, corporate transactions and environmental law.

Tax partner, Joseph A. Lambariello, Esq., is licensed to practice law in both New Jersey and New York.  Mr. Lambariello holds an undergraduate degree in both Accounting and Finance from Lehigh University in 1983. He is also a 1986 graduate of Seton Hall Law School. He received his Masters in Taxation in Law (LL.M.) from New York University Law School in 1989. Mr. Lambariello has been practicing law since 1986, starting in the tax department of the then Big Eight acounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand from 1986 to 1987.  From 1987 through 1990, Mr. Lambariello worked for the Tax law firm of Carles & Carles in New Jersey.  His current practice was established in January 1990, merging with Paul Swanicke in July 2004.  Joseph Lambariello specializes in tax related matters such as estate planning, elder law, asset protection, estate administration, business mergers & acquisitions, business tax planning, and IRS, NJ & NY tax representation.

Joining the firm in September, 2007 is Kristen E, Robison, Esq. . Ms. Robison is admitted to the bar in New Jersey and is awaiting admission in New York.  She received her Juris Doctor Degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2007 and her B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1998.  As a law student, Ms. Robison was an extern for the Honorable Dickinson R. Debevoise, US District Court for the District of New Jersey and participated in the Jessup International Moot Court Competition.
