IRS & NJ Tax Issue Representation

Representation before the taxing authorities is recommended on large scale issues currently targeted by the Goverment. On the Federal side, this would include issues regarding unpaid Federal Payroll Taxes which result in non-dischargable Trust Fund Assessments. Both the Federal and NJ State Taxing Authorities have targeted employee classifications as Employees vs Independent Contractors. The State has aggressively pursued claims for unpaid Sales and Use Tax as well as Payroll Tax.
